Well-kept communal gardens make a complex a pleasant place to live. They also help when owners want to rent out or sell their homes. We look after urbanisation gardens of all sizes, from a small block with a few flower beds to large complexes with several pools.
What our community garden service includes
We work on a fixed schedule, usually weekly or fortnightly, so the gardens always look cared for. A typical visit covers:
- Mowing and edging communal lawns
- Trimming hedges along paths, boundaries and car parks
- Caring for flower beds and seasonal planting
- Keeping pool surroundings, paths and entrances tidy
- Checking and repairing the irrigation
- Removing all green waste

Each community gets a clear monthly quote, so the budget is easy to present at the owners' meeting. We work directly with the property administrator (administrador de fincas) and the president, and we keep them informed with short visit reports.
Larger jobs, such as palm pruning, tree work or clearing a neglected area, are not hidden in the monthly price. We quote them separately and only start once the community has approved them. That way, there are no surprises on the bill.
